Hello. I’m Kat.
I am a creative with 6 years of related work experience on the Emmy award winning production, “Archer.”
My previous esponsibilities include team management, recruitment and training, conceptual development, design standardization, creative problem solving and pipeline development. I have strong proficiencies in the “big three,” Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design and I know my way around After Effects.
In addition to this experience, I work outside the office setting to collaborate with writers and artists on various multimedia projects. Some of which include advising and developing cartoon pitches, community projects with #FAFATL, mural painting, and freelance directing.
Currently enrolled at The Creative Circus in Atlanta, Georgia with a focus on studying Art Direction in the tradition of advertising. March 2017 – Present.

Background Director and Design
-Developed technical art packaging for animation backgrounds on multiple productions
-Developed testing for new hires that is now used studio wide
-Developed production specific training for the background department
-Increased efficiency (number of backgrounds per day per artist) by creating library of assets accessible by the artists, standardizing and maintaining organized server file system, and streamlining order of background production to minimize recreation of scene aspects and increase consistency.
